Activity:5

Problem 1
-Ok Anna, don't worry, you should only eat healthy food and you shouldn't leave the gym because this is the reason you not are overweight, try eat vegetables and fruit in the afternoon, with this you can´t eat junk food, try this, and good luck










Problem 2
-You should go to the gym if is really necesary, because with the diet you only are hold your weigth, and you have overweight, you should buy a ipod to play music in the gym, while you do exercise, and you can´t bored


Problem 3
-You should rest your leg, because is hurt and do excess movement, can do more damage, you should be patient and do every of the doctor tell you.

Activity 4: Must & Mustn't

This is a short list of i must & mustn't do in mi home

-I must do my homework
-I must go to the school 
-I must keep clean my room
-I must wash the dishes
-I must give to eat to the pets


-I mustn't sleep so much
-I mustn't watch t.v after 2am

-I mustn't go to the street after 10pm
-I must't play loud music in the night
-I mustn't play loud music in the morning 

Activity 3: Chores of my family...

I live with my parents and two brothers, they are cufflinks
My chores in my family are, clean my bedroom every day, wash the dishes the wednesday in the night, give to eat to the animals every morning, i put the table when going to dinner.


My brother Sergio sweeps his bedroom and the living room, clean the furniture and sometimes wash the bathroom, he every tuesday & thursday water the plants.
My another brother Hugo wash the car, Clean his bedroom and sometimes wash another bathroom.


My Mom cook every week and do the laundry, she have the kitchen every clean, she clean his bedroom and iron the clothes.


 
My dad work every week, and go to the school, in the weekends he study and do works in home 

About me..!

Hello, i´m Edgar Alonso, I was born in Mexico city on 13th october in 1994. My mom is Reyna and my dad Sergio, i have two brothers they are cufflinks, They are older than me; We have a dog, his name is Popeye and is beautiful, but i dont like the animals, also we have a toucan and two parakeets.

I like listen Reggaeton♥, corridos, banda, hip-hop, rap and a little of rock in spanish. In summary, i like the latin music.
Also, my favorite sport is the baseball, but dont like me the soccer, also i like play videogames online, in my free time i stay on twitter and facebook.

Some saturday & sunday, i go to the malls and parks with my friends to meet people, and the other i go with my girlfriend to the cinema, and others places to walk and talk.
