Activity:5

Problem 1
-Ok Anna, don't worry, you should only eat healthy food and you shouldn't leave the gym because this is the reason you not are overweight, try eat vegetables and fruit in the afternoon, with this you can´t eat junk food, try this, and good luck










Problem 2
-You should go to the gym if is really necesary, because with the diet you only are hold your weigth, and you have overweight, you should buy a ipod to play music in the gym, while you do exercise, and you can´t bored


Problem 3
-You should rest your leg, because is hurt and do excess movement, can do more damage, you should be patient and do every of the doctor tell you.
